These commercial template terms establish the relationship between SaaSV2 and business customers. Replace pricing, governing law, liability caps, entity details, and service commitments with reviewed provisions before publishing.

Agreement and authority

By creating an account, signing an order form, or using the service, the customer accepts these terms and confirms that its representative has authority to bind the organization. An executed order form takes precedence where it expressly conflicts.

Accounts and access

Customers are responsible for authorized users, accurate registration information, secure credentials, and activity within their workspaces. Access may not be shared outside the licensed organization or used to bypass plan limits.

Acceptable use

The service may not be used to violate law, infringe rights, introduce malicious code, probe systems without permission, resell unauthorized access, or process prohibited high-risk data. Reasonable safeguards must be maintained by every customer.

Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions renew for the period stated in the order form unless cancelled in time. Fees are payable in the agreed currency, exclude applicable taxes, and are generally non-refundable except where the agreement or mandatory law provides otherwise.

Customer data and confidentiality

Customers retain rights to their submitted data and grant SaaSV2 the limited permission required to operate and improve the service. Both parties protect confidential information and restrict access to people with a legitimate need to know.

Warranties, liability, and termination

The service is provided with the commitments stated in the agreement. Liability exclusions and caps apply to the extent permitted by law. Either party may terminate for uncured material breach; customers should export required data before access ends.
